We’re honored to announce that OpenArc has won Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards! The awards, which recognize exceptional client service to client companies and job seekers, are earned by less than 2% of staffing and recruiting firms in the U.S. and Canada – which puts us in some pretty good company. It’s the second year in a row that OpenArc has taken home the Client award, and we were thrilled to add the Talent award this year.
The awards are based solely on ratings given by clients and placed candidates, which makes it all the sweeter. “At a time when customer satisfaction is incredibly low across the recruiting industry, it speaks volumes about the hard work and dedication of our talent team that so many clients and candidates had so many incredible things to say about OpenArc,” says Bethany Simon, OpenArc executive vice president.
As an example of that satisfaction gap, here are some startling stats: the industry-wide average Client Satisfaction Net Promoter® Score (NPS; it’s a common metric based around someone’s likelihood to recommend you or your services to others) has plummeted to -3%, down from 41% in 2009. (You read that right. A negative number.) OpenArc’s Client Satisfaction NPS was 68.8%. The average Talent Satisfaction NPS? 24%. OpenArc’s Talent Satisfaction NPS was 58.3%.
