Looking for an Experienced IT Process Manager to Oversee Process Management

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing IT processes within the organization and the supervision of process team members. You’ll work across all areas of IT, from developing process roadmaps to recommending and implementing process improvements.

With a team of direct reports, your group will establish industry best practices and benchmarks to improve business functions that yield profitable business outcomes. This position requires an experienced process manager that is capable of engaging and persuading stakeholders about process-related tools and improvements.

Experience with global frameworks, the governance of enterprise IT and the phases of process auditing is required to deliver the results expected in this role.
