Android Mobile Engineer – Pittsburgh, PA

As an Android Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and design of Android mobile applications and components for customer facing products. You’ll be part of a global team offering products and services to members using unified object storage.

Here’s a sample day in the life of an Android Mobile Engineer:

• Design, develop, test, and deliver engaging Android mobile apps
• Generate clean, reusable code following the company’s guidelines
• Deliver compelling Android mobile UI’s
• Work to improve and maximize the company’s development practice
• Act as the SME on Android mobile

The ideal candidate we’re looking for lives and breathes Android mobile development. You’re going to Android events when you have free time and you’re watching keynotes from Google I/O every year.

Your experience involves building enterprise-facing Androids apps, familiarity with all the top SDK’s and libraries and you’ve successfully launched an app to market via Google Play.

Your personality is one that people refer to as fanatical, eager and you’re comfortable in a multitude of situations. When it comes to guidance with REST and JSON integrations, you are the “go to,” and when it comes to Agile experience, you’re the expert.
