SAE International is  the leader in connecting and educating mobility professionals to enable safe, clean, and accessible mobility solutions. Their goal was to transition resources fully in-house to build long-term teams within the organization. OpenArc has helped SAE hire more than 70 QA, Software, Data and Infrastructure Engineers, enabling quick growth and operational efficiency. Working closely with SAE’s internal HR and tech leaders, OpenArc focused on cultural and technical fits while providing insight on the salary market surrounding positions with requirements for newer technology they were implementing.
