OpenArc helped Via Oncology, a startup within the UPMC network, grow by providing staff augmentation and strategic hiring to build their internal technical team from the ground up. Working closely with their CEO, OpenArc worked hard to find the right cultural fits while targeting candidates with highly technical skills required for their dynamic software solutions. As their product and company’s success grew, Via Oncology was acquired by Elsevier, who continued to trust us for their staffing needs.
