I’m honored to announce that OpenArc has won Inavero’s 2017 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards! The awards, which recognize exceptional client service to client companies and job seekers, are earned by less than 2% of staffing and recruiting firms in the U.S. and Canada.
It’s the third year in a row that OpenArc has taken home the Client award, and second year in a row to receive the Talent award. The awards are based solely on ratings given by clients and placed candidates, which makes it all the sweeter. “Customer and client satisfaction has always been at the core of business. We see ourselves as an honest partner with our candidates and clients and it is extremely rewarding to receive an award demonstrating the effectiveness of our vision,” says Scott Moore, OpenArc Director of Talent.
Here are the facts: the industry-wide average Client Satisfaction Net Promoter Score® (NPS; a metric based around someone’s likelihood to recommend you or your services to others) came in at a underwhelming 4%. OpenArc’s Client Satisfaction NPS was 72.2%. The average Talent Satisfaction NPS is 21%. OpenArc’s Talent Satisfaction NPS was 62.5%.
