Case Management System

Arapahoe County, one of Colorado’s fastest-growing counties, partnered with OpenArc to modernize its case management capabilities. OpenArc undertook a comprehensive project to replace an outdated system with a new Master Case List application. The project began with a thorough planning phase, including visioning, user experience design, and defining the technical architecture. Following the planning, OpenArc developed and delivered a robust application designed for desktop use, featuring functionalities like case creation, search, user management, and event tracking. The new system is hosted on the Azure public cloud and integrates with Power BI for analytics.
