Where your choice is kept
Your choice is stored in a cookie in this browser, called oa_privacy. We keep
no other record of it. If you clear your cookies, use a private window, or switch to a
different browser or device, the choice is gone and the default applies until you choose
again: every category back on, or, if your browser sends Global Privacy Control,
Analytics and Marketing off.
A choice that lasts
For an opt-out that survives clearing your cookies, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or a browser extension. When this site sees that signal it turns Analytics and Marketing off, unless you have made a different choice on this page.
Asking us to remove your data
To ask us to remove the personal information you have sent us — through a contact form, a resume, or a reply to one of our emails — write to contact@openarc.net with "Data removal request" as the subject. Tell us the name and email address you used. We will remove it from every system that holds it and let you know when that is done.
Please do not send removal requests to our recruiting address: they go to the contact inbox so that they reach the people who can act on them.
What this page cannot remove
Once they are switched on, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity recognise a browser by a random identifier that is not linked to your name or email. Because of that, we cannot find your identifier from a removal request, so we do not offer to delete it on request: it is removed when each provider's retention period ends. To stop them collecting anything at all, turn Analytics off above — that choice is yours to make on this page at any time.
