Building a Modern Cross-Platform Utility App
When Duquesne Light Company set out to bring mobile bill pay and account management directly to their customers, they needed an app that matched the full functionality of their main website. They needed a mobile experience that was secure, fast, and easy to use on the go.
They partnered with OpenArc for UI/UX design and cross-platform app development. Starting with an in-depth user journey blueprint, our software engineering team built a custom app from scratch using Xamarin.Forms for both iOS and Android.
