Here is a look at some the responsibilities that you’d be accountable for
Develop metrics relating to testing that the company can use to measure product quality and release preparedness. Cultivate relationships and partnerships with internal and external teams
Mentor the team in career development and support the team in their day-to-day tasks
Identify opportunities for improvement, develop and present alternative and creative solutions and act as a change agent
Experience requirements include related hands-on testing and direct management of a high-performance quality assurance team
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and software testing in an Agile environment
Proven track record leading development of test automation and more.
